After playing Division I NCAA volleyball for SMU, Nat decided to make exercising, health, and fitness an ongoing, ever-evolving way of life. She is passionate about helping others, pushing them past their comfort zone to achieve their best results in mind, body & soul. Wellness is a lifestyle, one must live balanced in diet, exercise, and self-love to reach their fitness goals. Eat clean, exercise daily, and love yourself no matter what…that is her recipe for a balanced life. Coaching others through a VIBE class is where she shows up as her most authentic self. Hand her a mic in a roomful of beautiful humans pushing towards their goals, and she’ll light up.
