VIBE Pilates Studio provides 40-minute rhythm-based Pilates classes, heated by infrared radiant technology, and using the revolutionary Xformer machines.

Our expert “VIBE Method” instructors guide clients to engage in a full-body resistance, cardio, high energy, and mindful experience. 

The infrared radiant lighting provides added heat to allow the physical body to warm quickly from the inside out and creates an environment for active cell recovery - creating a more efficient and low-impact fitness workout.

The VIBE Pilates class is designed with all fitness levels in mind to both tone and strengthen the full body, while specifically tailored to enhancing the overall mind-body connection.

Our instructors specialize in coaching mindfulness in fitness while using specific music beats/playlists to help clients engage their theta brain waves which stimulates their parasympathetic nervous system.
